First we have to understand what happened. i) If the ball goes straight initially then turned left, that means the swing path is ok, but the clubface is closed. Just have to square the club face during impact. ii) If the ball goes left right from the start, and turned further left, that means the swing path is out to in and the clubface is also closed.
It's unrealistic to go through the set up and mechanics over here. To have more control try to 'keep the hands infront of your chest'. Search for this tip online, I think this will help you. http://www.golfdigest.com/instruction/index.ssf?/instruction/leadbett_asexneic.html

Instead of driving down with your arms, imagine your hips are pulling the club down into your fore-swing. You are most likely coming over the top, which can cause a slice or a hook - depending on the severity of the glitch. It could also be your grip as well, your best bet would be to go to a teacher.

there are so many reason why that could happen - ball position, grip pressure, too strong of a grip, poor tempo, right hand dominate swing, stance, distance from the ball - which club are you hooking? Is it the driver? this is a question that could have many answers, let me know more about which club or club, when it happens, is it a low squirter or a high hook, let me know

There are all sorts of things that can cause this from swing flaws to your shaft being too flexible. If I were you I would take a lesson from a PGA club pro in your area. People spend way too much on clubs trying to buy a game when a couple of lessons could make all the difference.

You're coming from the outside in with your swing making it hook off to the right!
