I am 40 and never have been married and really never wanted to be either. How many of you women felt this way and now wonder if it was a good idea?

I'm 39, marriage stopped being on my "list" about 10 years ago. It is still on my mom's "list" for me. I keep telling her "not gonna happen" but she doesn't listen. Maybe I should pretend to elope just to make her happy in her old age.

I don't want to be married and I'm 30. Most people today don't view marriage as a long term commitment and don't value the sanctity of it. I have only seen one marriage in my life that has lasted for more then 20 years and the wife always looked the other way when the guy was cheating.

Im 43 and have been married twice. both were pretty lame relationships, and now Im just focused on raising my kid. I dont think I want to be married any time soon, maybe when Im like an old lady or something if Im lonley, but things are pretty good for now. I like being independent and doing whatever i want.
