I have an opened bottle of Amaretto in my cabinet that is 4 years old. Does anyone know if it is still good and safe to drink????

While it may still be safe to drink, I wouldn't advise it. A liqueur opened that long will probably have lost quite a bit of alcohol and probably quite a bit of flavor. I say toss it!

I recently drank Amaretto that was from my parents wedding in 1974, and it was really good. As long as it was sealed well, it should be good. The bottle I drank from was half empty. Four years old it should be fine.
