Bless your heart, I know that hurts! How about a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup? Be sure it's not crunchy food.

Make yourself a nutritious smoothie by combining your fave juice...orange juice, for example with some non-animal protein powder or some soy protein. Add some Splenda and a bit of cinnamon. This could be your "shake". Next, make yourself a delicious veggie stew. Cook your fave veggies...frozen ones are okay. Add some Bay Seasoning or some veggie boullion cubes and some instant mashed potatoes. When the stew tastes great to you, put the stew in your blender/food processor. Mix until the stew is a smooth, creamy consistency. Eat the stew and drink the "shake". This duo will provide you with all of the vitamins and amino acids you will need to stay nourished. If you still are hungry, make yourself a wonderful pudding with 1/2 cup soymilk, some cocoa powder (or vanilla extract, or whatever flavor you would like). Place in saucepan. Mix 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch with 1/4 cup soymilk. Stir the cornstarch until smooth. Heat the 1/2 cup soymilk with the cocoa powder (or vanilla, or other flavor) and slowly add the cornstarch/soymilk mixture. Heat until the whole mixture is the consistency of a pudding. Turn off heat. When the mixture is cooled, add some Splenda to taste and other spices like cinnamon or nutmeg...yummy and nutritious!

Grilled Vegetables
I use summer squash, onions, potatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms or just any fresh vegetables that you like .cut into large pieces, season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. put into foil packet pour on Kraft fat-free Italian dressing, may add a little butter if you like wrap tightly and throw on the grill till veggies are tender, but be sure not to overcook , you don't want soggy vegetables. Also good ,add link sausage cut into bite size pieces with vegetables, then you have a whole meal in one packet
