Why do some people on here say that good atheists will go to heaven (the place that they say does not exist). I'm not judging anyone because anyone can be saved, but if someone rejects the existence of heaven and God, and never accepts His gift of salvation, how can they go to heaven. Why would they even want to, since they say it doesn't exist??????
This idea makes absolutely no sense to me.

Good people , no matter if they're atheist, Catholic,Islam or any other religion will never go to heaven based on their good works alone. If they recieve God's free gift of salvation, aka being born again as Jesus said in John 3:3, then their sins are forgiven and they'll spend eternity in heaven. That's why it's a gift, you cannot EARN a gift.

The Lord asks us to simply believe in Him and live a life that is pleasing to Him, and we will then enjoy eternal life in His heavenly kingdom. That doesn't sound like too much to ask, yet there are individuals on this site who claim to be non-believers and still say they are going to heaven because they were good humans. If they deny the Lord throughout the earthly life, why would they enjoy eternal life with the Lord? It makes absolutely no sense to me either. Of course, us Christians are brainwashed and stupid (at least that's what we're told by some of the atheists who live a good life and ask about heaven).

There is a teaching called "Universal Reconciliation" in the world today, that says everybody is going to heaven. Even if a person dies consciously cursing and screaming at God, and sinning their brains out, according to UR doctrine, they are going to heaven, because God bought everybody's ticket at the cross of Christ. We were born sinning individuals without our consent, and we are saved without our consent. There really is "no free will".
I think this is what you have run into.
I don't believe it either.

This is a good observation on your part!
In reality all people regardless of what they say they believe hope to go to heaven when they die! So from my understanding I would have to say that atheists do not exist!

Atheists don't go to Heaven because they want to. The end is set and all who die go to the same place (or nowhere). You don't have a choice in the matter.

There's alot of questions that I don't think anyone can answer, no matter what you believe in. I personally believe there is a heaven and a hell. And I realize there are some people that don't, but we all have our own beliefs.
