these lights mean its the start of a drag race.
Red means wait at the lights, rev ur engine & engage 1st gear.
Yellow means get ur clutch at biting point & jurk the car forward.
Green means GO, dont look in ur mirrors, dont worry about the granny crossing the road infront of ya, its just pedel 2 the metal & off u go. if its a good take off half a mile down the road there will b a camera which will send u a letter in the post telling u how fast u were going, they also award u points & we all know that points make prises.

it means nothing, just some rich guy that loves fireworks and thinks its cute. some people say you should stop on red... but who the hell likes those rich guys anyway?
