my friends sis is 12 and she datin a 18year old but he hasnt done anything to hurt her or anything but do u think it matters if they go out? and hes not a pervert the 12 year old just looks older then she is.

Looks don't matter she is still 12! She should not be with an 18 year old. If he knows her age he is a pervert and if he does not then you should tell him!

This guy is heading for jail if he goes out with her. What kind of guy that age is friends with a 12 year old anyway? It doesn't matter how old she looks but how old she is. You say that he's not a pervert, but if you thought this relationship was OK, you wouldn't be asking this question. Ask him if it's worth going to jail for this!!!

Trust me . . . an 18 year old guy is only dating a 12 year old for her body--not her brains or personality. They are at two extremely different developmental points in their lives. Sex would be the one thing they have in common and it's illegal. Definitely not OK!

It's NOT ok! This guy should be dating girls his own age. He has one thing only on his mind, and its not taking her for icecream. Warn your friend that her sister could be badly hurt by this predator. I bet he is telling his friends about this 12 year old he has hooked up with who looks older. Has he got anything to brag about to them? Tell her to respect herself and her body. If that doesn't work tell her parents your concern.

DANG, that is just WRONG!! Where are her parent's in her life? So what if she looks older than she is---she's still a little girl that shouldn't even be dating ANYONE till she is at least 14 and even til 16 she should NEVER, EVER be alone with any non-related boy.

Well I just think its way to big of an age difference epsecailly since shes just 12 whether or not she looks it. And how can her parents let her? I just dunno it depends what the guy is like but still from not knowing him i would say its just too weird.
