im going back to school in 1 week and i would like to lose abit of weight; i no i can cut down on 'junk' food, but does anyone no a good fitness excercise ?

Walk, walk, walk, walk....
A fast paced walk everyday for 20- 30 minute got me from a size 10 to a size 6in a matter of a few weeks.
