If your a nice guy and do not plan on putting the moves on to fast, You can go to the movies with someone about the age of 13 or 14 where the parents drop you off and pick you up. Maybe you can invite the one you like over for dinner at your parents house. If you are already 18 and drive, it would be wise to know for sure your date is 18 also or older. Just take it slow what ever you do. You have a whole life time ahead of you.

when the feeling is mutual and you know it is the right thing for you to do. It is different for each couple, but all i can tell you to do is go with your gut instinct and stay true to how you feel. So yeah the feeling should just be mutual.
