URGENT!!! How do you take care of a blue jay egg that has fallen out of it's nest!?

I have just found a blue jay egg (actually it was my neighbor) and i NEED to know how to take care of it! My neighbor touched it and the mom won't take it back! I DON'T WANT THE BABY TO DIE !!!!! How can I take care of it????? Do you know of any websites??? PLEASE HELP!!!!

Put it in the nest and leave it alone.

incubate it like you would for a chick...... and turn it every once in a while, probably every 12 hours..... otherwise it will be malformed...... get it in that incubator FAST... if you dont have anything at the moment get a warm light, but not too warm or you'll cook it.... i suggest google.

but, even if it does hatch, it wont have anything to teach it how to be a blue jay...... and you'll have to feed it all the time, every couple hours.....

if it dies, thats life.... it seems harsh, but if the nest was somewhere else the baby would die too

i in my opinion might desire to Care so much less Honey... yet As all of us know It became The Egg of course... The Egg Has Existed far Longer Than The poultry... Have A G'day candy Venus XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOX ;P ?

Call your local vet's office they should be able to help you. Or call the local fish and wildlife, or game warden. You need to keep the egg warm, but I don't know how warm, so they might be able to help you. Good luck!

if it took a big fall (over 5 feet) it might die. If not, keep it warm and safe. Above 70º

It's natures way. Once you touch it, the mother won't look at it. There is nothing you can do. It's not your fault. Meant to be.

sad to say but it is going to die. :(, there really isnt anything you can do, it needs its mom.
