If someone is busted he is not an undercover officer and sets up the dealer to be caught can the dealershows up to pick up $ he has nothing on him but $ can the dealer be charged with manufacturing and delivery when there is no proof just word of mouth?

Not is the drug dealer is smart enough to ask for his or her DA? The lawyer can ask for physical of photo evidence of the crime.
The dealer CAN be arested on suspiscion of those crimes but can't be charged unless proven guilty in the court of law.

Of course they can be arrested, being convicted is the other issue. If they were using marked money perhaps, or if the person doing the buying as an confidential informant, they may testify to what they did, say and things like that.
Now afteer the arrest they will continue to make the case, looking for more evidence.

yes they will make sure he gets a charge no matter what. Do your time don't be a snitch. We all know you play you pay. The connect didn't **** up you did by getting caught so pay the piper!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One can ALWAYS get arrested.
What you want to know, is can you get CONVICTED.
The answer is YES.
The term is (in some cases) "wrongly convicted".
I know of three people in Ohio who are serving a LOT of time for murder, with no evidence.
