ok.. he acts weird sometimes that makes me wanna think he is gay.. can you give me some hints and tips on how to find out ..thanx

If you think hes gay, he probably is. If he is your co-worker you're better off not getting involved with him. If you just really have to know just ask him questions about his past love life. For example, have you ever been in a serious relationship and see if you can get them to spill the details. The best way to do that is to reveal things about your past. They share a tidbit, then you share something private from your past. The other person will be more likely to tell you more.
