Nope, it's a natural response for a guy to get hard when something feels good or sometimes even embarassing. Hell guys can get hard if their jeans rub them just right. I dont' think it's weird at all.

Not necessarily. I know two pediatricians, one male, one female, who both say that it's normal and doesn't indicate sexual orientation. As someone else responded, Mr. Happy sometimes has a mind of his own. During adolescence especially, erections are sometimes spontaneous.

no. For some reason anything can get a guy hard. Ive seen a guy getting hard over getting breakfast in bed. They're freaks.

No I don't think it means he is gay. Maybe he was thinking about something else and it happened. My boyfriend said if he stretches he will get them sometimes. It must be super embarrassing though!

why would the doctor make you hard?
i have a female doctor just because I don't want a dude feeling my balls. besides i truly feel women are more sympathetic and make better doctors. thats my experience.

I think it's the guy's inability to control himself. Perhaps he's really young or just extremely horny and just about everything gets him excited. I wouldn't worry about it.
