My son has the same problem so he got put on a mood altering medicine that does not comatose him, sedate him or any other side effect you'd get from most medicines. Most people think that when someone is this way it's bi-polar but it's not so it doesn't require zoloft or other anti-psychotics/anti-depressents.

Like most people today we are under so much pressure from so many area's of our live's, its hard to sometimes keep control of our emotions. Someone say's something we don't like or they drive like there the only one that should be on the road. The biggest problem with all of us today is we don't care about the other person at all. So what you should do is go to an orphanage or an elderly care center and read to these people or intertain them in some way, or start helping someone else in some way that you know don't deserve it and watch the diffrence you will make in both of your lives. P.S. Your a great person, JUST SHOW IT TO OTHER'S

Some of show our anger in different ways. Some of us are angry because of our childhood experiences, which can be numerous. It is difficult for every one to control anger . I started out by taking control of myself, instead of having some one else trying to take control of me. It was a struggle but the first thing I did was to organise my life and did my best to keep my area around me in order. I tried to do my best to do what I had to do and not procrastinate. I began feeling less stress which seemed to help me control my self. I also took an anger management class. I'm getting better at it all the time. Good luck.

i would also like to know. i have anger problems, too. i don't think it is because we are mental. it could be a lot of things. i hope we get a good answer.

so far, the way i cope with it is running and praying. it doesn't do wonders, but it helps some.

plus, there are many more people with anger problems nowadays because of all the crap that happens and that humans are starting to get worse in general.

good luck

Sounds like you should try some time in a mental hospital where they have classes mainly for people who have had thoughts of severe anger, or suicide. I know that from going along the lines of suicide.

it's because of stress and what's observed going on outside. take a vacation or go on a road trip. That should fix it , or go to a spa, and relax. Relaxation is important and be close to God. Talk to a counselor, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist. MOm and dad, friends, etc. about your problems.

Take a deep breath and then count to ten. Then put your fist in your mouth and yell to your heart's content.
Be careful....it's easy to let those words out and terribly hard to take them back. And think of all the stress and pain you are causing your mom, your reputation, your friends.....
