This question is asked a lot, and everyone has their own opinions. It's perhaps the biggest puzzle in the Bible, why would God allow humanity to begin with incest when He clearly forbids it?
Well, when you read the scriptures closely, it says that God created more than just one couple. He created many, but Adam and Eve were the first He created. A lot of ppl don't want to agree with this, but it's the truth.
There was a focus on Adam and Eve because they were the first and because through their bloodline came Jesus Christ. But, it wasn't Eve's daughters who married Cain. And when Cain was made an outcast for killing his brother, he was afraid that the "strangers" in different lands would target him and kill him. It's all in Genesis. These ppl wouldn't be strangers to him if they were his siblings.
Trust me, I was upset about this for a long time until I asked God to open my eyes to the truth. We're not inbred. God wouldn't contradict His word.

In the beginning of time the world was alot more pure before the flood , yes we are all related, the reason we have different skin colors is because the human body adapts to surrounding conditions. One example is a white man ventured to a remote island for years ,,,sure enough his pigment began to change and correrlate with the sun.It has nothing to do with evolution the human body adapts faster than what evolution teaches.

We are all brothers and sisters. That's why helping, loving and accepting one another is so important. But some people still feel the need to insult those people and ideas they don't understand. If you would take the time to pick up the bible and really read you may understand better. Just don't keep insulting what you don't have a clue about.
God bless you!

Yup! Adam and Eves kids would've married one another and had children. The Muslims believe the same thing. I am Christian and my husband is Muslim and he tells me that in the Quran Cain and Abel are fighting over who gets to marry the prettier sister. All the more reason for us all to get along. We're all cousins after all.

Yes it was inbreeding in the beginning. Adam and Eve carried the genetics needed for all the races. As the population of the earth climbed the rules were changed as far as procreation was concerned.

Ask away!
The answer is 'yes'.
Genesis 5:4 states Adam became father to numerous children, male and female.
Its difficult for us to accept, however, that's how mankind started.
They were closer to perfection, so there was less danger, even though doing it with your sister, aunt, or cousin must have seemed a tad weird.

The Bible says that they were the first created, but it never says they were the only. Their sons found wives from other places, so God must have created other individuals as companions for them. We are all God's children though, so I suppose we are all married to relatives.
