I mean most legal hispanic in US anchor babies from illegal parent , so my Q is how many real legal hispanic apply immigrant visa ?

And, that's the heart of the confusion right there. Had we been more diligent about illegal immigration in the past, there would be very little problem today. Instead, the estimate for the number of illegal aliens in america today ranges between 12 and 20 million low/high.
States, as well as Congress, have their work cut out for them on this one...California and Texas are supposed to have the highest number of illegals from Mexico, but illegals from all over the world are spread out across the 50 states. Big problem, no easy answers...
