yes. but one has to question whether it is something that is a step forward in your faith or a step back. everything a christian does should be working to further the kingdom of god....is smoking pot?
i dont know the answer to that question. honestly. dont look to the new testament or christ to provide a new law...it isnt there. use the NT to understand how to listen to Gods will for your life. then make those choices.

My question to the person doing this would be: are you being convicted by the holy spirit for what you are doing? If they said no, then I wouldn't believe they were a born again Christian. It is a sin to be doing that.....and sin is convicting; God chastises whom He loves. No born again Christian, in my opinion, could do that and not feel they were "doing something wrong".
