yes, after several years, they can no longer have puppies. dogs have a menstrual cycle similar to humans. thats why they can only become pregnant after a certain age when their hormones kick in and their cycle starts and they can no longer have them after the reach a certain age. the timing is different, but the processes have alot of similarities.

Yes, I think that female dogs are just like their human counterparts, and do go through menopause.

Dogs eventually get to an age at which they can't reproduce, yes.

There does come a time when they no longer become pregnant. It should be spayed before it comes to that.

yes. same with most animals. when they get their periods its such a small stream amount of blood(most of the time) that it normally comes out in their pee.

of course... as all MAMMALS age, they will have a cessation of their menstrual cycle
