if he said it casually or says it all the time like that was cool or just says cool alot it probably means he just thinks youre cool...it might progress into something though a guy told me i was cool we hung out alot after that and within a week he had a huge crush on me!find out if he likes you first whether it be striaght up or through and friend and go from there...get closer to him and try to be more than a friend if you like him......everything will get better and soon he'll be the one with a crush on you.
