I think they suck.:( I am hopefully gonna get contacts this year..
I look good without them and with them(thank god!) Should I? Im afraid the peeps at my new school will say stuff about it.:(
But Im not sure If i will see the chalkboard. Only if it is a marker board then I might be able to see it.:( *sigh*

take your glasses! screw everyone at your new school if they make fun of you for something like wearing glasses then they're all idiots.. lots of people wear glasses so you won't be the only onee.. i have glasses myself! (although i wear contacts.. i started around that age to so im sure you'll be able to get them) if you look good in your glasses, what do you have to worry about? you'll knock em dead im sure ;) also, it's better to wear your glasses because if you don't and you strain your eyes you'll only make your eyesight worse and then you'll need even thicker glasses! anyways, i think you should wear them.. im sure you'll look great =) good luck in your new school year!

In seventh grade i wore glasses too and wanted contacts sooooo bad. In the second half the school year I got contacts. I loved them.
If the decision was between not wearing them and not being able to see anything, and wearing your glasses and puting up with thinking you would look better.... I would go with glasses, looking good shouldn't weight out suffering educationally.

Wear them, i wore glasses in 7th grade and by 8th grade came around I had contacts. Nobody even remembered I wore glasses

Just put them on in class and take them off after wards.
You dont need them at break time after all.
That's what everyone in my school did, and no-one ever got teased, although at 13 I'm sure some silly boy will comment, but just ignore them, at that age their never mature.

#2. bring your glasses with you.

#1. act like you can see the board,
but if you cant , say hello to bad grades...

It will be OK I am sure you are not the only person in your with eye glasses--Take them put them when you arrive in class.

Well I think you should because you need to focus on your studies and your peeps too.But first your studies.If you wear your glasses to school,and your friends laugh,then maybe their not really your friends.But if they do laugh,save yourself the embarrassment and laugh with them.

well you should wear them you want to pass don't you...and i think some glasses make women look real sophisticated...
