good chance the crt socket has come loose, simply pushing the socket back on may very well fix it, if not, consult a qualified tv repairman. tv's can be very dangerous. very rarely can something like that NOT be fixed, it has to be a bad solder joint, broken loose wire, or crt socket knocked loose.

You should have a qualified person look inside. It may be that some wires have come loose. If it's not that simple, it can be fixed unless it's very old. However, it may not be worth the cost--it may be better to get a new set. It depends on how old and expensive the set you have is.
