Hi.

I don't think there is a most popular dogs name as there are so many different breeds that it would be hard to choose just one name.

Choosing a dog name requires the same love and care as choosing a name for a child, because dogs are a family member of high value that will become part of your family for years to come.

Pick a dogs name... like a parent picks a child's.

Also it depends on the sex of the dog, the size of the dog, the character of a dog there are all sorts to take into account.

I could say to you that the most popular dogs name is Bonzo, but then if you looked at say a poodle or a chihuahua it wouldn't really suit it would it.

I have 3 White German Shepherd puppies and it took me about a week to name them as I needed to know what their characters were like and which names suited them the best.

I ended up calling them the 3 Mmms Max, Morgan and Mia.

These 3 names might not be the most popular names but they definitely suit my dogs.

Good Luck with choosing a name.

Max, I believe it was in a study somewhere.

At the very least, Max, Spot, and Fido make up the top three.
