Make your own diet eating foods that you like but limiting your intake of saturated fat, sugar and carbohydrates.
Or count calories that way you can eat what you like within your daily calorie allowance.

I am as fussy an eater as you and really hated most foods other diets said eat, but i would reccomend weight watchers i lost 2 and half stone in 4 months, i think for fussy eaters its the best. Go to their web site www.weightwatchers.com to find your nearest. Good Luck!!!

sound like you need to look at what you do eat and see what the calories are for those things.
Then reduce your calorie intake. Or reduce how much you put on your plate and chew everything at least 10 times. When you feel full stop eating.
I would also suggest to try and do some more exercise.

I have the same problem. Try weight watchers. It dosnt force you to eat anyhtin you dont want to eat but and you get to eat all of the food you love as long as it fits into your daily point values. Worked for me

Same here!
The only diet i found that worked for me was weight watchers because i could eat what i liked within my point allowance!
I make loads of sugar free jelly and try to eat chicken and rice, but it's bloody boring!!
Atleast with weight watchers everything is allowed, you just have to watch your portion control!

you take medicines you don't like so why not with food.
Indians eat food for three reasons,
1 For Pleasure
2 For health
3 for Spiritualism
Because of this philosophy India does not suffer from most western diseases such as Cancer, Parkinson, colon, MS and so on. It's not prevalent
