Okay My mom just quit smoking (she has been doing it since she was in High School) She has us 3 kids a job and is starting her clinicals Tuesday and she has a clod. Is that normal? I want to know Cuz I want her to be okay.

what is a clod...if u mean cold....its not normal but her body will undergo a lot of coping with withdrawal from nicotine...if she had been smoking since highschool. Support her, encourage her to drink lots of fluids...that cold will go away but if she takes up smoking again, more health problems will develop in time.If u want to know more about the harms of smoking....go to the link below and read more ......hope it helps

It's normal for a person who has just quit smoking to get cold like symptoms. Look up nicotine withdrawals and what to expect when a person quits smoking.
Just remember everything your mom is going thru right now is only temperary.
