I don't know if I like property seizure...I think what they earned should get them home...take their stuff with em, u know? They may need it when they get back home.

The main thing is, that illegal immigration be slowed, and ultimately stopped. Legal immigration is pretty harmless, but the illegal stuff, people getting robbed, killed, used, etc., is bad business, doesn't reflect well I think on our national values to have it. They talk about human trafficking, brothels and so forth,
and then there's the drug thing, all of this would not be happening if we had better border security. And, not just with Mexico, Canada's also a port of entry for all kinds of trouble, it goes back to 'good fences make good neighbors'. Some people don't like the idea of controlling commerce etc., but it's a necessary evil I think, today, so is having a structured foreign aid program.
They say that right now, something like 20 billion goes south to Mexico as a result of people working in the US, legally or otherwise. Well, I also read that we give them like 7 billion annually on top of that. And, there's no telling what the drug sales are, not even sure I really want to know. But, what is for certain is that all of this is happening because our border is inadequately controlled, and it's not like all of this started last week, our politicians et. al. have done their usual superlative job of pushing all this stuff under the rug, well now it's grown big enough to shake off the rug and put a lot of citizens in the position of having to ask their representation 'how long HAS this been going on, how LONG have YOU known about all this, but not said or done anything'? There's money to be made going across that border,
the whole thing's a big mess, the right answer is to have an end to the open border, unfortunately, because it's being abused.

Mother Jones has a good story on it...

That's a great idea.Id like to add mine too .When a business is found working illegals, charge that company the full deportation costs, from arrest to the fees for being in jail, the food, the labor to watch and take care of them, and the full IRS owed money if they were paid under the table, plus the trip back to where ever the illegal came from. That could be a big deterrent to hiring illegals. And the company must have a sign installed by the INS that they are on probation for hiring illegals.

I am a business owner.

Self deportation is the respond.first and premiere safeguard our borders. Then difficulty a rustic extensive order that each and one and all unlawful extraterrestrial beings have a definite quantity of time to bypass away this united states by using risk-free avenues. And checklist the outcomes for no longer leaving.they might desire to be solid adequate to make approximately 60 to 75% bypass away interior of that factor.interior the intervening time, reason all their supplies to end,no jobs,no place to stay,no scientific care and no entitlements. All states might might desire to enforce the U. S. rules with out exception. If all states have the comparable enforcement they have no the place to bypass yet back to their very own united states.A moratorium on criminal immigration till all the illegals are bumped off.the different hardcore unlawful extraterrestrial beings that would not self deport could be dealt with by ability of each states national preserve. The illegals could be placed, pointed out and placed interior the detainment camps close to our borders. Then they might systematically processed and deported..All US help to the collective international places those human beings come right here from could be stopped till the time each and each united states accepts its very own duty. each and each criminal citizen might checklist any and all unlawful alien interest. All tax funds given to anybody Race promoted communities might lead to the modern-day day. that's not useful for this united states be made a dumping floor for different countries poorest, unskilled and uneducated human beings.that's not useful to have their toddlers over crowding our colleges and stressful we prepare them of their very own language.that's nonsense to think of that those human beings have any say or rights in any respect as unlawful extraterrestrial beings in this united states.between the failings approximately united statesa. is that as quickly as we set our ideas to end some thing..it gets executed. we are fairly inventive human beings and have faith me somebody accessible is already development the subsequent "extra helpful mouse capture" they could be deported and that they are going to be deported. super placed up Rocky Mountain Patriot ...wonderful.

Yes, if the costs of turning that property into cash would out weigh the items storage and processing costs. Most illegals don't have much of value.

The U.S. GOV. does seize vehicles that are used to transport Illegal aliens further north into the U.S. Anything else that they may possess is of no value.

I heard it mentioned before, and I think that would be a good deterrent. Take all their belongings, seize their bank accounts, and give them a fine.

It probably wouldn't pay to deport them because they don't have too many assets but it is a good idea.
