My man is not focusing on me having an external orgasm anymore. (IT FEELS BETTER THAN ANYTHING!) It seems like I need to do that for myself. He told me that he doesn't like it when I finish after he does, and he doesn't do anything to help me have one before he does... I know this needs to change. He thinks I'm being selfish by wanting the external one as well as the dozens of internal ones. The external one just feels better. I dont feel comortable getting myself off in front of him anymore because of being called selfish in bed. Is it my fault he gets me so hot? Dang! How do I get him to be okay with me getting my stuff done in bed. There's got to be a gentil way to bring it up to him. Maybe he will read this and get it?

Ok it's not selfish to want to be satisfied. And if wants you to orgasm first, maybe he needs to start listening to what you want. You should probably talk to him about that. Just sit down with him and tell him that while you enjoy sex, you want some foreplay and maybe a few orgasms before the ones you'll have through sex. It sounds like you're one of those girls who has multiple orgasms so I don't see why doing alil foreplay should be a problem.
He's probably feeling like he's not good enough in the actual sex department and that's why he's being such an ***. Just assure him that you enjoy the sex. But you also enjoy the fact that he can get you off by doing the simpliest things, and can still get you off through sex.
Talk to him.

First, be thankful that you come at all, a lot of girls don't.
Second, realize that it is completely normal to find citoral (or external) orgasms more satisfying than vaginal (or internal) orgasms. The way I explained it to my guy was comparing it to his orgasms. Say that a vaginal orgasm is like you going down on him. It's great.... freaking amazing... you love it, but it isn't the same, or as great, as the other kind, which for him is like intercourse. Tell him that you love what he does, but before you get to intercourse, take time to play so that you get the amazing experience, because it will only make you explode more when he is in you.
