How do I word my wedding invitations? I have no idea and I'm trying to write them up. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Here is what we will be using (trust me, I have read every site on this):

request the honor of your presence
to share in the celebration
of the marriage of their daughter

to

son of

on

at

Reception following immediately after the ceremony at

I hope this helps. Even though we are paying for our wedding almost completely by ourselves, we are listing our parents as hosts. Also, we are not doing titles simply because we don't want our invitation to look like a resume and all of our parents have/will have a professional degree which makes for an etiquette nightmare.

Good Luck!

An excellent resource for this is http://www.verseit.com which has wording for any event or situation.
