Not a doctor, but I know a little about muscles, and If it's anything like restless legs, the involuntarily twitches are mostly likely caused by an imbalance of nutrients in your diet.
For muscles to relax, they need sufficient calcium and potassium. What would help them even more to relax is a fair amount of exercise in your arms each day. I would suggest an overhead dumbell press each day with small dumbell weights.
In addition, a side-lying abduction curl helps the shoulder cuff muscles.

Muscle twitches you feel, but not hurting are usually due to fatigue and stress.

They are also due to vitamins, calcium deficiencies

Eat lot of vegetables, fruits and drink milk for a few days.

Its a muscle spasm. Do some stretching. Grab the top of a door frame, if you can ...reach and stretch. Itll go away eventually.

Nothing to worry about.

it's probably a muscle fatigue due to stress. try to put a hot pack over it for a while and do some stretching. if it doesn't go away, consult a neurologist.

Muscles may also twitch due to being nervous . . worried about something that you may, or may not be aware of.

It could be as simple as a little calcium deficiency.
Try drinking a glass of milk or eating a dish of ice cream.
