I can imagine he is still under 18. I think after that the sex topic is not the most important... even it is still the most interesting. But in case of real sex we like to keep it more for ourselves.
How do you know if he likes it... you must feel the answer when you are having sex with him.
He could be talking about sex with all.. probably not about how is it with you... maybe he is talking and talking because he is not feeling so secure about how you like to have sex with him.
