In response to what someone said about paying 5 bucks for a head of lettuce or 5 bucks for a pound of tomatoes....well believe me when I say there are enough legal Americans out there that would take the place of illegals. Believe me..my father is a farmer. The reason farmers are getting the short end of the stick is because they aren't getting hired to work because a lot of illegal immigrants are getting paid cheap to work. The point is folks...its illegal. Forget all the arguments...its just illegal. No other country would just let me walk on in there and live for free and eat up welfare. Why the hell should America do it? Why the hell should I learn spanish just to suit them? When you come to another person's country...you learn the native language. If you don't, well that's your problem. I don't care what anyone says..right is right and if you come here illegally...you are breaking the law. If you hire illegals..you should be arrested. Its against the law. No excuses.

Nope, I can see the appeal of it, but this one's a matter of principles. By hiring illegals, you're giving the green light to those 'south of the border' to send more, just like if you were buying weed, same deal. Mexico needs to expect more out of life than being america's cheap labor baby factory, and we as americans need to stick by our guns and help Mexico reform.
But, as with drunks, such reform needs to be really structured, so that it really works, and doesn't just turn out to be a big waste of time and money. Part of that reform is figuring how to turn back ALL the illegals, and not just from Mexico, from anywhere.
This BS has gone on long enough, this is the 21st century,
let's see Mexico start building roads and schools, I'm sure they could find all the help in the world to do that online even, but for some mysterious reason, it's still not happening...I wonder what it could be...chronic dependency, maybe? Hmm....

You hit the spot perfectly, if INS cracked down on Employers not hiring illegals or they would pay an enormous fine if they did. That would be the end of illegals. What would they do no work, no money, no food, go home. But the Employers don't want that because that would cause them to have less gains. If the Employers pay them under the table, that would mean they would not pay their share of Social Security, Unemployment Insurance, Workman's Compensation, vacation pay you name it. The corruption starts there (EMPLOYERS).

No and I had a severe problem working for a company that did hire illegal immigrants to work so I quit. I would never hire illegals even if they worked for 75% less.

heck nooooooooooooooooooooooo I absolutely dispise illegals they are the ruination of the united states. They come here seeking better and wind up making everything worse. Murder, Rape, Thieft, producing like rabbits and exspecting the usa to support them. They live like heathens. There women are tramps. They promote gangs and drugs need I say more I would rather pay the exta dollars for legals to work for me than have the heathens around. Now I really feel good saying all that LOL

No. Americans need to take a stand and help support the U.S. more by hiring Americans 1st, then others that have become Americans 2nd, and illegals need to be taught how to make their land and communities more productive.

I tried to hire an illegal but they want like $15/hr here. You know what, it is worth it cause there aint no whitey who will lay down the labor like those dudes. They really know how to work, I think they even like it.

I tried giving them only $10 but they wouldn't even show up because they can make more $$$ picking ferns and mushrooms and salal in the woods.
