The alpha cells secrete the hormone, glucagon
The beta cells produce insulin. Glucagon and
insulin are critical pariticipants in glucose homeostasis. They are the acute regulators of blood glucose concentrations. Glucagon increases while insulin decreases. A deficiency in insulin or deficits in insulin respoinsivenes lead to disease DM, diabetes mellitus. OInsulin is also impt for carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.
A deficiency in insulin can cause Alzheimer's disease. Also in a rare tumor, insulinoma which results in recurrent and prolonged attacks of hypoglycemia. Complications to watch for the DM pts: hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar syndrome; heart disease, kidney disease, neuropathy., diseases of the eyes, peripheral nerve disease.

Well, first of all it's going to hurt no matter. what. Make sure to use lube though. And when you're ready to go in, you will have to use a little bit of pressure with your penis, (mutually consenting obviously) because the body's natural reaction is to pull away. It is going to hurt, but it's like ripping a bandaid off. The slower you go, the more it is going to hurt and the longer it is going to hurt. When I had sex the first time I was having a really hard time, but the guy just shoved it in there and it was much easier that way. And you won't be "laying on her". Missionary position is best for a girl who is a virgin. That will make it easier for you to "get in there" And height will not make a difference when it comes to sex. The only thing you have a align is, well, you know. And since you guys are both virgins you probably don't know, when you're having sex it is impossible to control your gas so if it happens don't let it ruin anything. Just disregard it and keep on going.
