Let's talk about the root of your problem:

1. Clothes stain because of sitting a long time before getting washed.

2. You can't start your wash before going to work, because by the time you get home, the clothes smell SOUR!

The reason clothes turn sour is because of bacteria in the clothes. I use an appliance that attaches to a standard washing machine that treats the water with NASA Space technology, and ELIMINATES THE NEED FOR LAUNDRY DETERGENT, FABRIC SOFTENER, BLEACH, and HOT WATER altogether, and Sanitizes your clothes 99.9999% bacteria free to boot! (verified by NSF laboratories) Without the bacteria, the clothes won't get that sour smell.

We have people that have left their laundry in the tub after washing for up to 6 days, and still NO SOUR SMELL!

You can also wash your colors and your whites together in ONE BIG LOAD, because the colors DON'T BLEED! This will save your valuable time. Even your daughter can put all the clothes together, dump it into the washing machine and turn it on! Toss and Turn!

The appliance will pay for itself from the money that you would normally spend on detergents, hot water, and fabric softeners.

Also the POSITIVE IMPACT on our environment happens when we quit dumping all those chemicals down our drains! Win Win.

PS
Detergents leave chemical residues in the clothes. (Everytime you smell that "fresh clean" smell, it is PROOF that there are chemical residues in your clothes) These are the chemicals that give some people rashes and itchiness, because your skin absorbs what's around it. If I had a new baby, why expose them to these chemicals? For that matter, why expose the adults and children to the chemicals??

I like to keep my daughters clothes loking good so I restrict her from drinking dark-colored juices (absolutely no purple grape juice) and messy foods (chocolate, tomato sauce, etc.). If she's going to eat something messy I take her shirt off and put her at the table. Spaghetti is always messy so she eats it and goes straight into the bathtub.

And use a pre-treater like shout so the stains come out more easily on lundry day.

Buy a stain cleaner of some type and pre-treat the stains right away. If they are really bad, you might keep a bucket or something to soak them in. Or go right ahead and handwash badly stained items in the sink in hot water.

Get a Tide pen. http://www.tide.com/en_US/products/product.jsp?product=tide_togo_instant_stain_remover That thing works wonders and it keeps stains from setting. So even though there really is no way to keep her clothes clean, you can keep them from staining. And like someone else suggested, if you're still afraid of them staining you can soak them in some oxi-clean.

When she gets something on her clothes Take it off and put some Shout on it. You can let it sit on there for a week without it harming your clothes.

Not really. Kids are messy and there really isn't any way of keeping them clean.
