I'm writing a book and was wondering what a good nickname for a guy to call his girlfriend. They are teens so it has to be appropiate! Other wise the person with the best ideas gets ten points! Thanks for the help!

Okay maybe this will help! For starters this book is really nothing more for me than anyone else sorry! The character's name is already shortened. You guys are sayin let her pick and she has but there are also two other main couples and both girls are called baby and I was wanting the main character to have something a little different from the others. I hope that helped a little bit! Thanks for helping me out!

Good luck to you who's also writing a novel. Sweetheart or sweetie. Honey, love, baby, sugar, darling. If the female has a long name like Cassandra, maybe a nickname for the name like Cass or Cassie or Sandy.

Hey! Good luck with your book!! I suggest that you let the character come up with the nick name. Is there something the girl does that the boy thinks is really special or cute or beautiful? Is there some thing the two of them have in common, like the Internet. Maybe he can use her screen name, if it's applicable, or call her something like 'google' because "Every time I google my heart I get your name!" or something like that.

I think the best thing you could do is give her a nickname that relates to some quality about her. If she is good at sports he could call her Slugger if she is a super brain he could call her Pinky (PInky and the Brain, get it?) If she has red hair he could call her Copper Top. .You should try to make t something that fits her.

I wish you would have given us a couple more details about the girl....
I liked Pookie. Another idea is Weedy in place of Sweetie.

A boyfriend of mine in high school called my Senorita. Neither of us were Spanish, but I think he thought using a foreign language made him more sexy. I worked on me (for awhile). LOL.
