My bone structure gave me narrow shoulders and wide hips.

Do you think I can build some shoulder muscle, and lose some hip fat to even it out?

Just get clothing that compliments your body. Getting jeans that fit you nice will make you look great.

wow, im the other way around, my upper body is just slim and the lower part is really skinny, i dont know, i think i just jogg alot that may be your answer jogg 3-4 miles a day

Sometimes it's just genetic make-up. Just try to keep your bottom half in as much shape as you can. Exercise is good. Sorry, no real 100% cure.

start lifting weights for the upper body, bench press or deltiod stuff, and jog every other day
