Well for one smiling back at him would help. Why don't you ask him out or some thing? I think he allready knows you like him or why else would he "encourage" you with his smiling at you and checking you out. Make the first move girl. He'd dig that.

I'm having the same problem. Try to find out what he does and what he likes, some research. Then you can start a conversation. But don't make it look like you know everything about him, because then he might get scared. Also make a casual comment about something you do and if he's a nice guy, he'll continue the convo.
Start slow, like friends.
If he smiles, smile back. And if you dare, wink. lol

Get him alone.
Hang a kiss on him that he won't ever be able to forget.
Step back two steps
Look him straight in the eye
Say, "now you know how I feel"
Turn and walk away, don't look back.
He will be in shock so your escape should be uneventful.
Remember, what doesn't kill us makes us stronger. I doubt the kiss will kill him so it will make him stronger. At least strong enough to chase you. Now don't run too fast, if you get too far ahead, he will loose focus. Equally important is, don't make it too easy. You want him to chase you until you catch him.
Now if this guy fails he is less man than I am or you're less woman than my wife.
Now go get him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

e mail me then !! give him a miss if it;s not happening with him and he can't or won't make the first move... he is obviously on medication ( all that smiling and no dialodge is red flag in my opinion!!!!) it does that ( medication).. or he is hiding something or doesn't want to tell you that he has got baggage or low self esteem... good luck i will keep an eye out for e mail lol.

There was this woman who liked me... well she said she dreamt about me the last night. And she always smiled at everything I said, my jokes, etcetera. She was fairly obvious.
