It matters what kind of straightener you have. If you have the kind that straightens your hair when it's wet, that might be the problem. Or it may be that you don't straighten your hair in layers. I have a secret that only a couple people know but because I'm nice [LoL] I'll share it. I straighten my hair everyday and this is what i do:
1. SHAMPOO my hair with Pantene Clarifying Shampoo [removes all gel & hairspray from the day before]
2.CONDITION with Gardiar Frutius [ good for frizzy hair]
3. DRY my hair with a towel
4. SEPERATE your hair by taking all of it and clip it up, except for a thin layer on the bottom
5. BLOW DRY the thin layer of hair
6. APPLY lotion [just any kind, just make sure you like the smell :] evenly to layer of hair.
7. STRAIGHTEN the layer of hair.
8. UPCLIP another layer and do the same thing [blow dry and put lotion] until you straighten all your hair.
9. STRAIGHTEN any bangs that you have.
10. APPLY Crew wax [ you can purchase at any salon, I know it's for men but it works awesomely] to the top of ur head [where the fly-aways are]
You don't have to believe me about the lotion but it works, I promise. Just don't put too much [put about the size of a nickel for each layer of hair.]

Tresemme "Smooth no frizz shine spray." It works better for my frizzy hair than anything I have ever seen! Just don't put too much or it will make your hair look a little greasy. Just a couple of sprays has the same effect of 10+ only without the greasy look.

Buy a real expensive straightner, it makes the difference. I have natural curly hair, my straightner cost $160.00. But I straighten my hair and it conditions it and everything. My hair stays straight until next time I wash it. Never gets frizzy at all.

Putting the right product on after you straigthen your hair is important. I never used anything on my hair after it was straight so it would frizz and look very dull. Now I started using Garnier Fructis shine wax which controls frizz making hair soft and shiny. Remember to warm the wax between finger before running through hair.

First of all, your hair is fried, so try using some paul mitchell conditioner to get it back in shape...you can get paul mitchell from your grocery store. Next, try a ceramic straightner http://search.folica.com/search?p=Q&ts=custom&isort=score&w=ceramic+straightner&x=16&y=10 this will ensure that you won't have to straighten your hair everyday. Finally, use some garnier fructis hair serum...this will defrizz your hair.
