First, where are you now? That makes a difference. Second, what skills or talents do you have? Without a reason why the U.S. would want you, the only way to get a green card is through the diversity lottery program, which you can find by going the U.S. Department of State's website. However, the only way you will be able to get a green card, citizenship or a passport is by being a legal immigrant. Illegals can't get any of those.
