If the SS card is wrong call Social Security Administration. If it's her birth certificate. Call the office of vital statistics in the county she was born in.

take whichever one is correct to the other office to get it corrected. ex, if the ssn is wrong take it to the ss office in your area to get a new one. if the birth cert is wrong, call the records office in which she was born and find out exactly what needs to be done. if you can-make an appointment at the ss office, i was there 2 hours to do a change of name when i got married.
and to commetn to lexi, why would you need these papers before kindergarten?

find out which one is right and then go after the second one... you may need a lawyer depending on what is wrong with it... if its something like a date cause one number resembled another then go back to the hospital and get the records.... you can just go to the court house and request a long form birth certificate.. it is the one you filled out when she was born.. you may have miss shaped a letter or number....
