use a shampoo and conditioner that adds moisture back into your hair. Herbal Essence Hello Hydration might help. You can try Pantene aswell. If you have further questions you can always ask your hair stylist what you can do to it and maybe get a hair cut for better manageable hair? Long hair can be hard to handle sometimes.

Ask your hair dresser. Or maybe only condition the bottom ends of it.

you need a shampoo to put the moisture back in your hair, or a really good conditioner. use pantine pro-v. Wash your hair every day and use conditioner.

If you use conditioner on your hair, dont put any on top...just put it on the ends. I had the same problem, and that cured it.
