Of course, it would depend on your height. if you're over 5', you're fine, if you're under 5', then you should lose some weight.
Jogging is the best way to tone thighs and calves. Also try a stationary bike, or real bike. They work great too.

Don't obsess about any one body part. You are the only one who sees it. Concentrate on being the whole (physical, spiritual, smart, and personality) person that you are. You are growing taller and you have that on your side. Now is the time to establish good healthy diet habits. Skip the junk (cookies, cake and soda... you know) when you can. Be physically active, participate in a sport that you like. Consider cross country run baby run!

you are way too young to start thinking you're fat and trying to lose weight. if you want to get into better shape, then take up a sport like cross country, track and field, swimming, volleyball, tennis, soccer, basketball, the options are endless. you'll get into shape and have fun at the same time.

sweetie, skinny is not pretty. it is absolutely not. if your legs are flabby maybe try doing leg-lifts and squats to tone them up, but there is no way they're fat. it's tough being your age. I can remember comparing myself to other girls all the time. There's always going to be girls that are thinner and prettier with better skin or hair, but that stuff doesn't matter. focus on trying to love yourself and find beauty in your self just as you are rather than focusing on what is "wrong" and what you need to change. our differences make us beautiful.

You are the proper weight for your age. Just stay away from the candy,sodas and junk food. Eat more fruit.

you dont have fat im thirteen and i weigh 115 and i am 5'7"ok im not!! depending on how tall you are your not fat either but it sounds like you dont need to worry bout it trust me u are fine the way you are

Lunges and squats will help them to be more defined and toned.

you are too young to be thinking about this. wtf mate? join a sport if you must. otherwise, eat your plate of gourmet cheese and have a ball. your a kid. enjoy life and stop worrying about such superficial things.
