OK i am 5' 6 and weigh 145 lbs. I have homecoming in 2 weeks!!! AHH i need to lose 8 pounds or more in 2 weeks. Any tips???

How to lose 5 pounds in 1 week:

First: Make sure one of your meals each day is just raw vegetables.

Next: Don’t drink anything carbonated – it can bloat you.

Another tip: Drink a ton of water – then drink some more. It’ll help keep you full and prevent you from retaining water.

Also: Minimize carbs – no potatoes, rice or pasta.

And step #5 if you want to drop 5 pounds in a week: Walk for 20 minutes twice a day.

And to lose 3 more pounds, just excerise some more. Don't try this 2 weeks in a row, because losing weight quickly isn't good.

Exercise at least 20-30 minutes a day. Give yourself 1 or 2 days off a week so your body has some rest. Stop drinking soda and drink a lot of water. Eat what ever you want but eat small portions of it. Just an extra tip: If you're looking for new exercise ideas the videos " Walk Away the Pounds for Abs" by Leslie Sansone really do work. I have lots 30 pounds with those DVDs and my stomach is flatter than it's ever been.

excercise 2x a day a hour in the morning and and hour at night
eat only fruits and vegetables 6 times a day

drink a gallon of water throught out the whole day

you might lose more then 8 pounds

Try this FREE website. I've been on it for a week and a half and have lost 8 lbs. Now...keep in mind that I've got more to lose than you, and everyone doesn't lose the same, but it has really helped me a lot!

Hello. As you can probably tell by my name, I spend a little time in the gym. I still have a way to go before my goals are met. If you don't like the gym scene, you could try weight watchers. I lost 7 pounds the 1st week. Good Luck.

Stay off the "Junk Food" drink lots & Lots of water..nothing to eat after 6..drink water...eat a good
breakfast and do not go shopping when you are hungry.

do cardio 2 hours non-stop daily, cut ALL sugars, breads, fats, and eat plenty of fiber, drink plenty of water at least a gallon a day, and eat lean protein. try to eat fish and chicken, baked not fried. No Beef or Pork whatsoever.
