y do i feel like im goin to die soon????? ive continuously been feeling like somethin bad is gonna happen soon...i keep gettin all these thoughts in my head...

i came close to dying a month ago and this has been happening ever since!!!!

It sounds like you had a traumatic experience and are having a hard time coming to terms with that. What ever happened to cause this is something that you will need to confront and do again.... like ride a motorcycle after a crash for example. You have experienced first hand the limit to your own mortality, so to bring closure to this trauma, you really need to confront your fear. Good luck to you.

sounds like you are suffering from panic attacks, you need to investigate relaxation techniques, I would say go to a shrink but I am not sure that is ALWAYS the best option since they medicate the S@%t out everybody, and that is not always the best way. Somehow you just need to work thru this fear and move on. Best of luck to you, prayer does help too.

sometimes kids around 10- 11 feel like they r gonna die. i no weird! but if your not that young and you have came close to dieing you are probably just scared, i would b 2!

You sound clinically depressed. If I were you, I would seek professional help. Depression can be helped by certain drugs, but only if your mental health professional gets a chance to talk you you and check out your biology to see just what's wrong.

if you came close to dying maybe post traumatic stress or something. talk to someone about your experience that you trust. maybe they can help you understand why you are feeling this way. I hope you start feeling better... Good luck

911 two weeks ago. Surgery too and I am still here.

You need to keep busy.

Get yourself a hobby going.............

cuz ur paranoid...go do something dangerous like rock climbing or parasailing and if you dont die maybe u will feel better
