HI,
A lot of people will spray a little hairspray on an eyebrow bristle comb. Then, they will comb their eybrows up and out to the side. This helps to highlight your eyes, and just gives you a nicer, more finished look. Also, some eyebrow artists will trim your eyebrows, at a waxing. This also helps them to stay up and happy.

It trains your eyebrows to go in the direction you put them. If you are seriously having trouble with this you may want to use petroleum jelly to help lay them down.

Keeps them looking tidy. And It gets the extra makeup out of them when I do my make up.
