You would need 3 months, BUT ...

Abs are ALSO made in the KITCHEN. You will need to lose belly fat in order to show and expose your abs.

You could be making 50 crunches every day for years and it would never show if you have fat around your thummy.

That said, 50 crunches will also get you nowhere because you are not building any abs mass. You are just scultping the mass you already have.

You should do Angle Crnches, that is crunches in a tilted position which will make it much more difficult to do crunches. You must do 3 sets of 8 to 12 crunches and repeat this every 2 days. The other 2 days you do 50 crunches FLAT.

Then, when you do more than 12 cruches, you tilt more until it's more difficult.

I built myself an abs machine by using two plywoods, two doorhinges and one ab fastener. I fasten my feet on the handles and hold my legs with the fastener. I start with an angle of 10 degrees and augment 1 degree every week.

Some people do crunches vertically, that's because they've mastered this exercise, are well trained and have massive sculpted abs.

50 is not enough.....
i think u were born without it so u have to work hard i mean hard..to get it
300 crunches maybe enough
i do 200 or more and 2 times a day i think and i have only 2 packs and i do for 3 months.....But someone was born with that nice packs i mean even 10 years old little boy also have 3 packs already..If u do't have one u have to work hard i almost gave up about doing for the abs..but anyway i like the 6 packs and u should do some work out to make u get big as ur hands and ur shoulder or ur chest..

Oh i am sorry i was wrong...I did 4 sets a day 1 sets 50 crunch
50 sit up 50 i forgot that time and the last one is so hard 50 1 set is 200 times and i do 4 sets it mean 800crunches i am not lying i swear..and i still din't get a 6 packs....i wasn't lucky..somepeople don't have to do any sit-ups or crunch and they stil have a nice packs u understand that?Good luck

50 crunches a day.

well it depends on ure diet also.

eat less fatty foods and more vegies.

also if ure skinny then it would be faster but if you are already overweight then i would suggest something like 3-4 months.

and 50 crunches a day isnt much.

you should do like 50 in the morning then 60 in the evening then next morning add 10 everytime till the 4 months is up.

There is no possible way to answer that question.

Are you already in shape and wanting to tone, or are you 100lbs overweight, expecting to have nice abs in a week?

Dammit, people, be more specific.

Why not show a picture of your gut first.

With a screen name like CHEESECAKE, i'm betting it's going to take a while.
