Try walking into a catholic book-shop and just ask where to get scapulars, or why not try to make one yourself, if it's the "ordinary" brown scapular just get 2 pieces of brown wool cloth and put them together with two strings and have a (carmelite) priest to enroll you in the society of the brown scapular. You can after-wards use a blessed scapular-medal if you want to.

Hello. I am from the UK and buy mine from a Catholic Church or bookshop. You could try one in your local area. I know that there are some US-based websites from which you can buy them. Good luck!
