What?

Muslim Personal Law?

It is a jungle law for females
and all Maulavis to make
their's both ends meet.
They (maulavis) want to see
that their opinions prevail
always. Because most of the
Muslims (95%) are uneducated,
it becomes easy for them
to manupulate with emotions.

In Shariat, photography, drinking,
extramarital affairs, cruelty to own
daughters etc. are not allowed.
But they all do. It is just, when it
suits those buggers, they say
it is legal.

Muslims with Deobandi affinitions
, when marry a Barreli-ite, the marrige
is null and void, under Shariat (as per Ulemma)
and the persons married forfiets the rights
to remain a Muslim.
There was a discussion on the Sahara
TV yesterday, I am sure that it will
be shown for several days.

Ulemaas fighting for interpretations and
might.

That is why, I call a Jungle Law, where
each Junglee Ulema has his own ambitions,
to remain in the lime light and screw their
wonderful religion. I am a Brahmin, but I RSEPECT
all the religions of the world, but when Ulemas
interpret as per their whims to misguide, I term them
Junglee.
There should be only one Law all over

Dr. I agree with you. In fact Dr. Zakir Naik, one of the very good speakers from India says that it is really wrong to give the Personal law but not give the means to implement the laws on men who abuse their wives or do not give the rights to their women. Islam is a religion of rights and responsiblities. Muslim Personal Law only gives the rights to men and puts the burden of responsibility on women.

I have heard that some men just keep marrying wives and discarding others among some of the Muslims. The Muslim laws would not allow that kind of an abuse by Muslim men. Ultimately the purpose of marriage is not to use women but to establish a good foundation for many generations of Islam.

Men who abuse that basis for personal pleasure or selfishness should be punished. So, some day the Muslim Personal law will be expanded to allow punishments for not following the laws.

Thanks for asking the question.

They want to have the best of both the worlds. We have idiotic politicians devoid of common sense and self-respcet wh o woule not hesitate to sell anything for votes and money.
When they say clamour for exemption from ingling evnnational anthem on the bais of religon , they hav not asked for the application of the shariat for thee for their criminal offences. they ar happy to be dealth with the general laws applicable to all in such acses and they boldly continue ot commit all offences aginat the interests of the state despite enjoying special previleges. When they have partitione d the country itself on the v=basis of religon and the partitioned country is not trrating the non-muslims fairly , what right do they hae to expect any special tretment on thebasi of religon in this part . they way these peole behave , it seems that they would force the country to be declard a theocratic hindy state very soon. They can noit claim any right to be unpatriotic on teh basis of religon . If religion conflicts with patriotism shall prevail over any greatest God and his religon what ever it be. This should vbe made clear to one and all wcn if they have descended form heaven..

Wonderful question. These Imams and mullahs take only which is convenient for them and leave the rest.I am an Indian Muslim and i hate these guys who have sowed the seeds of hatred between me and my lovable Hindu brothers.Even today i remember those wonderful days,in '70s,i use to stayup whole night before Deepavali and take oil bath at early morning 4 a.m. along with my hindu brothers as it is customary in Tamil Nadu. One day these mullahs came and adviced that i am following the customs of kaafirs.I hate it,hate it,hate it...If he is still alive,i would like to celebrate Deepavali in front of him with a bright red "Tilak" on my forehead.VANDE MATARAM.

India claims to be a secular country. There should not be any law specific to people of any beliefs.

Thats not true. Shariah is for men and women.
Whatever changes done - are local and done by the people..
Ask your government why it is like that?
