Anyone else have problems at Heathrow on Saturday?

I wasn't there this past Saturday, but when I went through Heathrow a couple weeks ago, it was a mess? Changing terminals from Terminal 3 to Terminal 1 took forever - it took 30 minutes to get on the inter-terminal bus and it took 45 minutes to go through the security line in Terminal 3. And we had to wait for a bus for 25 minutes after the plane landed in Terminal 4 on my way back!

No, never been to Heathrow. I only need to use Manchester.
