Try a game called Dance Dance Revolution.You can burn off amazing amounts of calories with this game, and have fun while you do it.

I use an eliptical trainer and burn 325 calories in 20 minutes, I would imagine that another 15 minutes would burn 500-570 cal. Hope this helps, good luck :-)

go on a jogging speed on the treasmil for 45 minutes... then you will burn like 500 cals. plus you will fell great after!!! Yah, drink one glass of milk a day and 5 servings of fruits or veggies a day and then u will loose weight in no time!
