well, I hear these people in my head and they tell me to eat all the time but i already weight 600 pounds and this really worries me because my lover isnt gonna want me nemore when i hit 700 and all the voices in my head say is "meatloaf meatloaf meatloaf!!!" HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe it just want to hear a Meatloaf song. buy an album and play "Paradise by the Dashboard Lights" or something. Sometimes we need help I would go to a specialist or doctor and get a diet program of sorts.
