the only person who can help is your self. write down the things that are wrong. look at them, Then sort out the ones that you can change or do something about . The others stop worrying about them if you can not sort them out.

Anyone that has ever had anything bad happen in their life has probably felt the way you are feeling now. I know i have, and my heart goes out to you. Its a horrible feeling to think that you are all alone in a situation and cant see a way out, and the night times are the worst.
Your situation is happening and very real to you, so i wouldn't even think about patronising you by saying 'don't be silly' or 'it can't be that bad'.
The first thing i would say to you though is please tell someone about your problem and how you are feeling. You know the saying 'a problem shared is a problem halved'! And its one of the truest sayings I've heard.
They may not be able to give you a solution straight away or put things right for you, but if there is only one small thing they can do for you, it is one small step in the right direction.
Make sure you choose someone you feel at ease with that wont judge you or talk down to you. It may not be a relative or a friend. It could be a teacher or a friends mum or dad, or maybe even a total stranger.
You don't say your age but if you are a child, child line UK is one of the best places to contact and they are very discreet and non-judgemental their number is 0800 1111 its a freephone number from a land line.
There is also a web address that may help you :

I have had more than my share of bad luck in my life and managed to come back from it each time. I found that if i focused on something positive in my life, in my case it was my children and how would they feel without me in their life, then that helped me to find away to turn my life around. If you want to contact me you can go to my 360degree page. I may not have all the answers for you but i am a good listener and non-judgemental.
Good luck and God bless you. I hope you find a way back to normality soon.

Your asking for help Sweetheart but you need to be more specific. How old are you for starts? How long have you been feeling this way and what exactly in your life do you feel is reversing? We all go through bad times and I`ve often felt myself that no matter what I do I`m never going to get my life going in the right direction. If these feelings have come on out of the blue then tomorrow is another day. If this is an ongoing problem then you need to seek out professional help, preferably starting with your G.P. Just get the help you need and get thoughts of death far out of your mind. Good luck Sweetheart. X.

i really know that feeling. I struggle with it everyday.
If you talk to some people, most will agree that things will get better if you wait it out. In my experience, the better things have gotten for me, the worse I felt. But, when I withdrew from society and reality altogether.. I felt normal and even blissful at times.
Coming back in an attempt to deal with whats real can cause a great deal of depression because it seems as if everyone else is way ahead of you and things just don't matter anymore.
But, ina way you are doing the better thing by living in the "real world" instead of a steady path to destruction.
In time i believe things will get better for both me and you. They say that you've got to have some faith.. which I personally don't know if I have or not. But if you just stick to the good things that you are doing - something good will eventually come out of it. And that will make you happy.

Pull yourself out of the ruts, speak to friends or a councillor and good luck. Nothing is that bad.

theres ALWAYS someone worse off than you in my experience, just live day to day but try and do something that'll improve your future, like learn a new trade or get some qualifications.
it'll get better i promise.
